History

Paul has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, learning all the relevant construction crafts from his father.  Over time, as well as working full time, Paul also developed his education all the way to university - successfully completing a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management.

Paul’s experience, expectations of high quality and attention to detail means he has a unique skill in a full range of construction trades, including brickwork, groundwork, joinery, etc.  This skill set is then complimented by other people, who we employ directly, ensuring the high standards and attention to detail that we expect and customers deserve are in our full control.

Every now and again Paul’s Dad is still involved - he will never truly retire. However, he is enjoying his newly appointed role as Granddad to Paul and Jaya's little boy George.

Jaya, Paul’s wife, supports Paul with running the business on a part time basis, whilst balancing the challenges of being a mum, wife and her own career.  To support the business, Jaya has attained a HNC in Construction Management. Although, in the past she has also been keen to get her hands dirty when needed, doing her fair share of labouring and cleaning out mixers.  This is just part of being a family business.
